Refund Policy

Requests for a refund on a purchased course must meet the following two requirements:

• The request for refund or exchange MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OR LESS from the date the course was purchased; and
  
  
• The student MUST NOT HAVE COMPLETED ANY OF THE VIRTUAL CLASSROOM MODULES BEYOND THE INTRODUCTION OR ACTIVATION MODULE.

If you purchased the course more than 30 days ago, or if you have reviewed any portion of the course beyond the Introduction/Activation Module, you are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
