New York Public Adjuster -- Series 10-62

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING THIS COURSE:

When applying for a public adjuster license in New York an applicant may submit a “Statement of Employer” form to the New York Department of Insurance in lieu of completing a 40-hour classroom prelicensing course.

The “Statement of Employer” form must document that the applicant has been regularly employed in the insurance business for no less than one (1) year in duties involving sales, underwriting or claims, or other experience considered sufficient by the New York Superintendent of Insurance.

If an applicant cannot produce a "Statement of Employer" form to the New York Department of Insurance, he or she MUST complete a 40-hour New York Public Adjuster classroom prelicensing course. THE COURSES OFFERED ON THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE 40-HOUR CLASSROOM COURSE.
