I understand that the comprehensive practice exams (untimed and timed) and the course final exams are sold AS A PART OF MY COURSE PACKAGE. They expire SIX MONTHS FROM TODAY, along with the Virtual Classroom portion of the course. Additional time is not granted to complete the practice exams or the course final exam, unless the PASS Guarantee is legitimately claimed.

The number of practice exams included with my course package are more than sufficient for ONE STUDENT, IF THAT STUDENT HAS FOLLOWED THE 3-PHASE PATH TO EXAM SUCCESS. I understand that I will not be granted additional practice exams above the number of exams included with my course, unless the PASS Guarantee is legitimately claimed.

I agree that each course purchased is intended for ONE STUDENT and that allowing several people to access a single student account will result in termination of that account, expulsion from the course, and no refund will be provided.

I agree that if I (or the student I am purchasing this course for) change my mind about taking the course, I can request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase, but only if I (or the student) have not accessed any course modules beyond the first module that discusses the state exam and PHASE ONE of the 3-PHASE PATH.

I also agree that my refund may be subject to a "restock fee" to cover transaction fees charged by the credit card companies or Affirm.

I also understand that no refunds or exchanges can be made more than 30 days after purchase, even if I (or the student I am purchasing this course for) have never logged into the course.
