PENNSYLVANIA PUBLIC ADJUSTER COURSE

IMPORTANT NOTICE -  PSI and the state of Pennsylvania changed their exam content outline as of July 1, 2018 (latest state exam updates).

We have updated our Virtual Classroom program, our online course curriculum, and our online exam simulator questions to reflect those changes.

Exam information and scheduling is available at: PSIexams.com

PLEASE NOTE: A Public Adjuster is someone who works on behalf of the insured (policy holder) and not for the insurance company. Public insurance adjusters charge fees to help negotiate claim settlements with insurance companies. Public adjusters may not give legal advice. The public adjuster may not participate, either directly or indirectly, in the reconstruction or repair of damaged property that is the subject of a claim adjusted by the public adjuster. This is to avoid a conflict of interest. The PUBLIC ADJUSTER is prevented from owning a contracting company that does the repair work on claims he/she has adjusted. A contractor can be a public adjuster but cannot perform the repair work on any claims he/she has adjusted. However, a PUBLIC ADJUSTER can intervene with a review of the estimates given to his/her client by another contracting firm.
