  • After successfully completing the course final exam from within the Virtual Classroom, students will receive their Texas course completion certificate necessary to apply for their Texas All-Lines adjuster license. NO PEARSON VUE STATE EXAM IS REQUIRED.

IMPORTANT: Insurance Schools, Inc., is a TEXAS APPROVED SELF-STUDY COURSE PROVIDER (Texas Provider ID #: 32804 / Course Approval ID#: 25471). The Texas Department of Insurance heavily regulates this course and audits our records often. Therefore, the following requirements must be met by all students to be in compliance with Texas law. THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.

  • All course chapters/modules must be completed IN ORDER and a 5-question quiz must be passed in order to move to the next section of the course.
  • When all course modules are complete, each student has three attempts to pass the final exam with a 70% or better. (This is not usually a problem if the student uses the practice exams first until they are scoring over 70%). If the student fails the final exam three times, we are required to remove them from the course. At this point, the student can either purchase the entire course and take it again, or they can opt to schedule the state licensing exam through Pearson VUE. THESE ARE TDI regulations, not ours.
  • Before taking the course final exam, the student must download and print the disinterested third party affidavit from the Virtual Classroom. A disinterested third party is someone not related to the student or the student’s employer, who will observe you taking the final exam and sign the affidavit to say that the student was the person who actually took the exam and that they did not use books/notes.
  • Once the student has passed the final exam in our Virtual Classroom, the exam score is automatically submitted to our office. However, the student must complete the affidavit, have it notarized, and mail it to our office within 30 days of passing the final exam in order to receive the course completion certificate. If the affidavit is received on the 31st day or after, a course completion certificate cannot be issued. Again, this is a TDI regulation, not ours.

PLEASE NOTE The Texas All-Lines Virtual Classroom subscription is good for 6-months from the date your order is placed and paid. (The logon counter is set to 60 sessions but can be reset if the student has not completed all course modules.) If you have finished the Virtual Classroom course, but still need to take the final exam and the 6-month subscription has expired, you will have to repurchase the course to take the final exam. The Exam Simulator subscription is also good for 6-months or 35 completed exam sessions and is available to 1 individual student. Multiple students logging onto a single student account will result in the account being suspended and no refund will be given.  Periodic email updates will automatically be sent to your email address alerting you when your 6-months course subscription will expire.  Once the course expires, there are no course extensions.  NO EXCEPTIONS can be made to this rule.

IMPORTANT: Please set your e-mail program to receive e-mails from sales@insurance-schools.com so that your logon information will not be filtered into spam/junk mail.
