We also answer tickets after business hours, on weekends, and holidays within 4 hours. However, WE contact all our students every 10 days or so to check in on course progress and to see if you have any questions. We are with you every step of the way, to help you reach your goal!
QUESTION: How long do I have access to the course?
ANSWER: The simple answer is "as long as you need it". However, we have a six-month expiration date set from the date of enrollment. This is to provide a deadline, which is important to help you maintain momentum and prevent procrastination. Most students complete our courses in 2 to 6 weeks, and after passing the state exam, will no longer have access to the course. Also, students who have not completed the course by the six-month expiration date will no longer have access.
QUESTION: Do you offer discounts on courses?
ANSWER: Yes! We provide promo codes for a 10% discount off our already low price. The promo codes change each month and those who would like to obtain a promo code should submit a ticket. Our staff will be glad to provide the current monthly promo code.
QUESTION: How many people are permitted to access the course under one account?
ANSWER: The person who is registered as the student is the only person authorized to access the course. Multiple people accessing the course with a single username and password will result in that account being suspended permanently.

ANSWER: Yes. One year (2,000 hours) of adjusting experience is required to obtain a California Independent Insurance Adjuster license. Most people work as a supervised adjuster for a year before purchasing the course or taking the state licensing exam.
